“Dustin was very professional, he was timely, did a great job installing and cleaning up after himself. We had a couple of minutes of conversation and found him to be a very nice young man. This is the second time I called Griffin. 1st time was to get a new air conditioner for the home a few years ago, and now for the Hot water heater. Very pleased with this company.

“Technician Nick Brandt arrived on-time and was prepared to begin work immediately. He described the scope of work he was performing in clear and concise terms.
Upon completion of the job, Nick repositioned the dryer, and reconnected the dryer outlet to the heat/lint stack mounted on the roof. Nick took pains to clean up the job site of any errant lint which may have escaped during the maintenance which pleased my wife to no end. Bravo Zulu on Nick Brandt!”

They were there within a couple of hours, dude a full eval, took care of the noise, offered me a yearly service where they maintain my system year around.
