Why did the customer contact us?

We were contacted because our clients waterfront home in Vilano Beach in St. Augustine was not comfortable. The humidity was very high and the temperature varied from room to room. The indoor air quality was poor as the families allergies and asthma were worse when they were inside their home. The family requested a solution that would maintain even temperatures int heir two story home, even humidity throughout, and would help them and their children breath better and have less troubles with allergies and asthma and to allow them to get a good nights sleep.

Solutions provided:

We removed three Carrier Heat Pump systems and installed two new American Standard, Florida Rated heat pump systems, with variable speed air handlers for humidity control. We installed two Nexia wifi thermostats that allow our client to maintain perfect comfort when they are at home and when they are away from home as well. We installed two ultraviolet light purification systems as well as two polarized media air cleaners to eliminate dust and pollen and to improve the indoor air quality of the home. We provided our coastal corrosion treatment to help the condensing units last in the tough Florida waterfront conditions. We included our 5 year Total Care Club to maintain and service the air conditioning systems to keep them working at the highest level possible.
