Our customer in World Golf Village called us out to inspect his air conditioning system to determine why his home was not comfortable and why his heat pump system ran all the time. During our preventative maintenance we found that the air handler was very dirty and full of mold. During our inspection we also found that the attic was extremely hot and did not have a radiant barrier.
Solutions provided:
To solve our clients indoor air quality and comfort concerns we install an American Standard high efficiency heat pump system with a polarized media air cleaner, an ultraviolet light, and a Nexia wifi thermostat to control the temperature and the humidity inside the home. We also installed a radiant reflective barrier in the attic to lessen the heat that comes into the attic and goes through the insulation into the home. We sealed his ductwork in the attic as well. We provided our 5 year Total Care Club which provides preventative maintenance for this air conditioning system.
